Chakra Practice

Our body may appear solid to the touch, but you are nothing more than pure energy. You can think of chakras as the main energy centers in the body. Boost your self-confidence, creativity, and overall happiness with with understanding of the chakras, your body`s energy centers. Chakras need to stay open for a fully functioning body but sometimes due to ill practices chakras may get blocked which is not ideal. Unblocking the chakras throughout your body can help you break down mental boundaries, and expand your consciousness.

A Power Yoga class is like a version of your life. One travels through pleasure and pain, difficulty and ease, sometimes, one likes what one sees and feels, and sometimes they don’t. Therefore, this practice is a safe place to practice living and a community of like-minded people coming together to support each other in a benevolent psyche. Power Yoga is directed at creating the highest level of energy, vitality, and freedom, which is geared toward increasing muscular strength and cardiovascular endurance. In this way, we create an atmosphere conducive to natural expansion and growth. We’re not interested in pushing past our edge to get to a place where we’ve been brainwashed into thinking we need to be to have happiness!
