Yoga/Pose Wall Lab

Using the wall as a tool through various yoga poses or stay on your mat. Yoga Lab is excellent for students of all levels as it explores the found each posture. This fun class helps improve alignment, strength, and balance.

Instructor: Connie Pease

Class Times:  Mondays 8:00 am, Tuesdays 6:00 pm, Wednesdays 8:30 am
