Sept. 5th -Oct 10th Warrior Yoga, Beginner to Moderate

This is a 6-week yoga series that explores the warrior asanas (poses). Within this session, we will cultivate strength from the feet up. As we flow through class, we will build heat and familiarity within the body.
Be a warrior, not a worrier in the present moment on your yoga mat. 💪
Can’t start the first week? No problem!
You can start any Thursday within the 6-week duration. Each class you take will build knowledge and create a familiarity with the breath and poses.Price: $5.00 per class (paid when you attend)
Class is 60 minutes long, level beginner to moderate.
