Hybrid Level One: Journey Into Power

INTENSITY: EASY/ MODERATE

This practice dives deep into yourself and opens you up to new possibilities you did not know you were capable of. It pushes you to be your best and challenges you to improve yourself. The asana, breathwork, and meditation are powerful tools for our inner self.”

Wall Yoga

The Foundations class reminds students of all levels of the opportunities to pay attention to the foundations of yoga in a fun, safe, and non-competitive environment. This class offers an exploration of the breath and breathing techniques, emphasizes proper and safe alignment by using the wall, and is designed to give a firm foundation on which your practice can continue to flourish.

Is a holistic class integrating 12-Step lessons with flow-based yoga practice? In this class, we explore the intersection of addiction and yoga. The characteristics and effects of addiction can easily be described as separation. Addictive behaviors disconnect us from ourselves, our loved ones, our environment and so much more. Conversely, yoga itself means union, integration, balance. Yoga and its practices teach the fine art of balancing our multidimensional lives while living in a complex world.

Those with acute injuries or chronic conditions are recommended to start with Basics, but all classes allow for adaptation to whatever ability. Sequences are designed to give an “all-body” program appropriate for the once-a-week student as well as the everyday practitioner.
